I feel as though I am going to have a heart attack! Stupid companies keep changing up what they are doing! Driving me crazy. Can't get straight answers...

All I want is to have normal bills so I can figure out what our budget is going to be....

I hear your frustration! It's hard to get acclimated if you are left out in the dark. I'm a bottom line kinda woman... just tell me! You're strong and will work through the frustration... Budgeting is hard enough when you have the numbers.... :)
