Well, Dell rocks! Let me just say that. We were having issues with our laptop so D sent it in under warranty to get it fixed (only time I've seen warranty be useful was in the case of this laptop, highly reccomend it for computers). I finally got it off in the mail (pre-paid even) last thursday. We got it back returned and fixed last night! One business day, 2 business days in transit. WOW
It was a holiday weekend too but our computer looks great and I have been able to download pics (as you can see from my posts today). Yea! Go Dell!!
In other news...Comcast sucks. *sigh
