into the wild blue yonder!
lol, on the way to the doc's we were greeted with over a a miles' worth of traffic. At first we thought there was an accident and I was worried about getting to my appointment (good thing we left early). Turns out the Blue Angels had a show at the Naval yards:
Everyone was stopping and watching and I can't honestly blame them. 5 jets flying over your heads making the car rattle....not to mention just cool to watch? I would have slowed down too if traffic had not already been slow.
We got to watch a couple dozen fly bys all around us in different formations, etc. It was awesome. My pictures are very low quality but you get the idea :)
