Oddly sleeping

Should I be concerned that my 3 y/o won't take naps at Nana's when we stay all day (carpooling with Dad means we hang out with family longer) . We leave to pick up dad around 4:30 which means James falls asleep...and will then sleep thru till morning (12-14 hours). He has done this 3 times this week.....
