My how time has flown

My little guy is 4 years old, has a mind of his own and is not afraid to tell you. He is extremely athletic and loves to move! He makes up songs and knock knock jokes and gives the sweetest hugs. He loves "his boys" at daycare and will even admit to liking Nathan :)

I can't believe he is 4. There are times he seems so much older and wiser when he talks about growing up and what he wants to be (which changes daily).

Finding a balance between being big brother and being a little boy himself can be tough. I have to watch how I put things so he won't be jealous of Nathan, and vice versa. Making things special for both and finding ways for them to grow ad become confident in themselves and in each other is an everyday battle but when you see them play and enjoy each other, it's all worth it :)

So we saw the pediatrician on Friday and here are the latest stats:

Height - 42.75 inches
Weight - 46.5 lbs

Doc said he looks good, talks well, and has no concerns. yeah! Just need to follow up on vaccines...

We start preschool in the fall and Kindergarten in 1 year. Whew, slow your growing James, mommy is not ready yet :)
